加急的流程网上写的很清楚，进移民局网站，选New immigrants.进入后左手边的tab里有一个apply,下面有to replace or renew a PRcard, 再下面一个选项就是on an urgent basis. 点击进入后内容如下：
Urgent processing of a permanent resident card
If you plan to travel outside Canada and need a permanent resident card (PR card), check the time it usually takes to process an application. You can apply for urgent processing if your card will not be ready before you leave.
To qualify for urgent processing, you must be:
travelling in the next three months, and
returning to Canada on a commercial vehicle, like an airplane, train, boat or bus.
Even if these conditions apply to you, we may not be able to process your request urgently or get your card to you before you leave Canada.
Pick the situation that applies to you:
You are in Canada and you:
have not applied and need urgent processing
applied using the normal process and now need urgent processing
will not get your card before you leave Canada
按你需要的选就好了，里面很清楚的写了要怎么做。
主要是：第一要在三个月内要出境但是离境日期应该在至少3周以后，回城要乘坐商业运输工具。第二要出具travel的证明，一定要付钱了的单据。第三就是在信封上注明是加急（Urgent — Proof of travel included ）
翻译的问题有人翻译了有人没翻译，包括规定的翻译件需要certified true copy有的人做了有的没做。没做的有过了的也有打回的。鉴于你要加急，建议你都按要求的做。true copy你的开户行或者各城市的华人服务中心都可以做，你打电话问问就知道了。翻译有的城市的华人服务中心有，有的没有，但是会提供可以翻译的专业人员的信息。其实只要不是你的家人都可以翻译，然后做一份如实翻译的申明在commission of oath前签字并让对方盖章就好了。也有没有找commission of oath的，就找了自己的家庭医生或者专业会计证明翻译属实的。
