加拿大每年都会出炉百佳雇主榜单(Canada’s Top 100 Employers)。不管从事哪些行业,你都可以参考这个榜单,以此选择合适的公司。3 b; n: P$ c: M2 o7 o) q

5 K# m- V; P3 }: h0 ?5 o9 P) L  \这项评选活动已经进行了18年,标准主要有八个方面,分别是“工作硬件环境”、“工作气氛和社交”、“医疗、金融和家庭福利”、“休假和放假”、"员工交流","绩效管理“、“培训和技能发展”和“社区活动参与度”。7 J/ m* Q$ b& t! Y+ P4 q- L
